IF ENDIF condition in workflow Task description unexpectedly removed off

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem in workflow task description editor.

I am using IF ENDIF condition to display some lines conditionally. I go to PFTC -> Description Tab -> Task description display and add condition IF ENDIF.

This condition works fine when I test the workflow and remains there for 1 or 2 days but suddenly disappears. All other lines remain in task description editor but only IF ENDIF is disappearing.

Please help me how to fix it.

Please check is there any support package or note imported related to workflow .

We are using S4 1610.

Please advise, specific note or support package for this S4 1610 if you are aware.
