Hi All,
We are investigating how we can capture client feedback within C4C, without having to ask our users to attach any such documentation.
We were thinking of using the surveys function in C4C but do not know too much about it.
Can we create a survey that can be used as part of every opportunity that can be used to send to the client, have them fill out the survey, and then 'submit' the result back to C4C so we can collect and report on them?
Also, can reports on survey data be done at the Account level, rather than at the Opportunity level?
