Regarding OSS Notes

Hi All,

I have implemented some hundreds of OSS Notes.

While implementing some OSS Notes we are not able to implement few OSS Notes directly from SNOTE. So we did manual changes for those OSS Notes.

These manual changes are done to some F.M's as well as to some Reports.

Now i want list out the F.M's/Reports which were changed manually.

Under my TR all the F.M's/Reports which are listed are some from direct implementation from SNOTE and some done manually.

There are 100's of F.M's & Reports.

So is there anyway i can find the F.M's & Reports which were changed manually by me.

Can anybody resolve this issue!

Otherwise is there anyway we can know if we open some F.M/Report then we can say it is changed manually not from SNOTE.

Can anybody give solution for the same!

Thanks in advance.

Thanks,

Deep.

    Hi Deep,

To modify the std programs/FM's , u need the access key. so before modifying those objects u have the list of objects which needs to be modified thru manually.

so that u can identify the manually changed objects in that list.

    Reward if helpful.

      Hi,

Some F.M's/Reports are modified manually long back through some other OSS Notes, At that time we are not implementing them some body else taken care.

In present set of OSS Notes some F.M's/Reports i modified directly without any Access Key that means somebody else used Access key to modify the code long back.

I want to list all those cases.

Can anybody help in this regard!

      Thanks,

      Deep.

    Hi Deep,

The Note will provide you a list of all the FM's with Core code modifications done by the note.

So any other FM in the TR which is not listed in the Note, is obviously modified by you.

Coming to those FM's which are modified by you & as well by the note.

If you have maintained a Log in the modified object then use a search string program & pass the entire list of FM's to the program. Search it by the Modified Log details which you have inserted in every FM.

    RPR_ABAP_SOURCE_SCAN is the program.

    Best regards,

    Prashant

    Hi Deep,

Do the version comparision manually and compare ur current changes and previously modified changes for the objects whcih undergone manual changes.
