Create contact BUP001 error when adding phone or email in B2B

Web IC CRM 4.0, when creating a contact to add to the account and choosing the More Details link to the Contact Person. If on the screen to the right we add a phone, fax or email address we get the errors

*Enter at least one number for the business partner

*Reference with personal address: Field PERS_ADDR must have the value 'X'

*The address is a personal address

and the data can not be saved, have to cancel out. Any help with this error will rewards points. Thanks.
