Metadata Documentation

I'm a newbie with SAP and am unfamiliar with the tools that may be out there, but I'd like to create a report of the metadata for the PSA tables, DSO objects and InfoCubes. In other words, I'm looking for a way to create data dictionaries. Better yet, I'd also like to generate a dictionary that includes the Transformations. Does SAP provide tools that will do this? Are there any tools availble from other sources that will help?
