Performance Appraisal - Add PA, PSA, EG and ESG to PHAP_ADMIN_PA

Hello

There is a requirement to add Personnel Area, Personnel Subarea, Employee Group, Employee subgroup to the output of the report generated by PHAP_ADMIN_PA.

What steps we need to take in order to meet the business need? Also, it would be great if you can also comment on the level of effort in manhours, if possible.

Many thanks in advance.

    Hi Jothi

I appreciate your feedback. However, just to clarify, I am looking to add the functionality to PHAP_ADMIN_PA on the R/3 side (not on the portal side). The transaction code generates the output for the following columns by default. I would like to add PA, PSA, EG, ESG and Appraisal Substatus to the output for meeting our business needs.

    Number

    Appraisal Document Name

    Appraisal Document Type

    Appraiser Type

    Appraiser Name

    Appraisee Type

    Appraisee Name

    Appraisal Status

    Period

    To

    Objective Setting Date

    Last Changed On

    Last Change Time

    Last Changed by User

I hope that makes more sense now. Please advice on the best approach to achieve this.

Also, the implementation PERSONNEL_HEADER_DATA for the BADI HRHAP00_ADD_HEADER has been included in our template and bring in the data as expected.

    Many thanks in advance.

      Hi,

If i understood you correctly, you need the PA, PSA, EG and ESG in the initial ALV output.

For this you need to clone the standard PHAP_ADMIN_PA report to your Z version. If you see the standard report it will call a FM "HRHAP_SHOW_DOCUMENT_SEARCH" to populate the ALV data.

You also need to clone the FM "HRHAP_SHOW_DOCUMENT_SEARCH" and 'HRHAP_SHOW_DOCUMENT_SEARCH_ALV' to Z versions and build your own ALV list by getting the data from 0001 infotype.

      Hope i have clarified you.

      Regards,

      Subbu.
