Error Broadcasting to KM

We are getting an error when broadcasting and it only happens occasionally. If I resubmit it works fine. Can anyone suggest what might be causing it? Nothing appears in OSS for RSBOLAP014.

I am guessing this might be due to lack of available RFC Connections since it happens inconsistently..
