Batch usage

Hi Gurus,

I don't want warehouse guys to play with the stock having a batch number which is assigned to process order.

I mean when we relase the process order, warehous staff scan the material and transfer them to 914 location (GI production location). From where production people use COWBHUWA transaction to issue the material. After that somone needs to unassign the material using COPAWA from from process order.

Until using COPAWA material batch should not be allowed for any movement.

But warehouse staff can perform stock movement , I mean they can take stock back using and adjust before using COPAWA.

I want system to stop using material batch which is still assigned to process order.

Can anyone help me out?

You can rstrict the authorisation of ware house staff.

Identify the TCODE & movement type through which ware=house staff can un assign the stock .Then you request the basis guy to restrict those TODE & movement type to those people.
