Master Date Help

Hi Experts

We are on BI7 and ECC6...Our previous developer has not mapped some of the required objects (master data) from Data source to Target infoobject. We have those fields already available in PSA but the Attribute is not available to map that field to Masta data infoobject. Now I need to create a date infoobject and add it as an attribute to one of the master data object and map that date object to data source field ...My question here what should I do to make it work ? Do I need to delete all the master data first ? or Can I just insert the new object and map it and run the DTP ? After I have done this , is there any problem if I transport the new Transformations and DTPs to Production ?

Please advice...

You can just insert it as an attr to base IO. map it in transformation to source field, activate transformation and run the DTP.

*You neednot delete all master data.

what kind of load is it delta or full?

it is a full load...

So if i add new attr to main IO and map it in transformationa and activate dtp , can I just load without any problem ?

Do I need to run attr change run tooo?
