Bad performance in SU01, SU10 (USER_ADDR)

Hello,

I´m facing a problem in SU01, SUIM, SU10 transactions when I try to find users by matchcode. The same problem occurs in SE16 when I try to look USER_ADDR table.

The system cannot show the content of this table after a longtime running. After 10 minutes, the max_run_time parameters cause an abort in my process.

I have 700 users. This time is not acceptable....

When I do a select in Oracle, I can see the table content well.

Anybody have an idea or solution for this case?!?!

    Hi Carlos,

    You might want to try running a trace in STO5 and start looking at how the user related tables are buffered within the system.     Hi,

    Why dont you increase the size of max_run_time parameter? This will help you not to get in time_out.

    Have applied any latest support packs recently?
