hierarchy node variable selection screen display issue

I created a hierarchy node variable for a 0account hierarchy. On the variable selection screen of a query, when I click to select a value, it shows me both node name and description. As below;

description|node name

I just want to show the node name (one of them, not both). How can I do this.

    Hi Uday

    In the query change the characteristic 0account display to display Key. If that doesn't work you can change the display settings on the infoobject 0account, under the buisness explorer tab change the display to key and reactivate it.

    If you want to kinda hardcode those settings - Try Josh's proposed settings.

    They dint work for me though...Settings can be Defaulted using the Hammer Icon in the Selection screen itself.

    did you try changing the setting on the variable selection screen ? it works for me in BI7.0, just look for settings icon on the screen.else go to bex select 0Accont field , in properties click heirarchy, go to where you select heirarchy and change the settings to key
