PA70 fast entry

Hi,

I want to create Infotype 15 for 70 employees. I have tried using PA70 fast entry but it only allows me to create 28 records at a time.

These are the steps i carried out:

PA70 ->The Fast Entry screen appears

Enter infotype 15

Select "Manual preselection"

Create

I copy 70 personnel numbers from a notepad file

paste into the lines on SAP

Only 21 appear in the lines in SAP!

I also tried "preselect using report" and uploaded the text file containing 70 personnel numbers. This did not work either.

Any ideas?

    Hi Mary:

    Try clicking the New Personnel Numbers button - it will add 20 spaces to the fast entry table for each click. Hope this helps!

    Hi Mary,

    In fast entry in SAVE OPTION tab select the radio button create batch input session, i think this will solve ur problem
