Overview Screen for Addresses is missing the area code for the phone number

I am reposting this to the correct Forum...

On ESS Business Package 60.2, when a user clicks on the link to update, add, Addresses (Enter, change or view your addresses and emergency contact information.)

The first screen that appears is the Overview Screen-- which displays the addresses in the form of a bizcard. The Area Code is missing from the phone number.

On the Bizcard it only shows:

Street Address: XXXXXXXXXX

City: XXXX

Telephone No.: ### - ####

The Telephone No needs to be: ### - ### -####

Is there an SAP note to fix this? If not, what is the best way to modify the bizcard? How would we proceed doing this?
