How get records with constraint on hierarchical fileds

I have table T1 with fields F1, F2. F2 has reference to the hierarchical table T2. Data in T2 organized as:

Parent1

|-Child1

|-Child2

Parent2

|-Child3

I want to get all records from T1 which has F2 values in Parent1 group.

    Hi Dymtro,

U declare T1 as your main table and F2 as a lookup table inside it ie.[lookup hierarchy] inside it.

Now the importing have to be decided depending on the source format.

The source may have the parent and child relationship maintained in a single field or in seperate field.

    Type1:

If maintained in a single field(values are maintained separeately by a delimiter) then the field declaration inside f1 is not required.just Split in to Hierarchy.follow" target="_blank">http://help.sap.com/saphelp_mdm550/helpdata/en/43/12036df94c3e92e10000000a1553f6/frameset.htm">follow this url.

    Type2:

if maintained in separate fields then they have to be constituted in to a hierarchy
