The Crystal Report Server is on its own Server. A couple of local user can remote to the Server. When the first local user opens a report, the report looks different on the other local user. Is there a special way to open? In that way, both user sees the same thing. We are opening from Enterprise. We are pretty sure that we are opening the same report.
Please help.
This also might be affected by the two users having different default printers - Crystal is heavily dependent on which printer the report is assigned to (unless the Printer Options on the Page Setup screen has "No Printer..." checked.)

Per License agreement Crystal Reports Designer requires one copy per user to be installed locally.
Not enough info to determine why though, Remote Desktop or Citrix can only have one user logged in at any time from what I recall.
Why don't they just install the client tools locally and open the Designer that way using InfoView to connect using a browser.
