Hi,
some issue concerning default workbooks in BEx Analyzer:
Different areas of BI reporting (HR, FI, ...) are running on the same system. We want to change the default workbook but only for FI business users. All business users are assigned to role FI_BUSINESS_USER.
The only option I found is to restrict the default workbook to a single user - not to a single role. Any ideas how I can assign the default workbook to all members of role FI_BUSINESS_USER ?
Thanks for support!
Yes, I can. But I'm not able to change the default workbook settings this way. The effect of the way you propose is only that I can execute a single query with the saved workbook.
But I want to run all queries using the new standard workbook.

Hi Fabian.
Cant you just choose save as from the BEx Analyzer and assign the workbook to the role in this way?
