when will we create aggregates and what is the actual scenario to create aggregates?

    Aggregates are created in teh bewlo scenarios:

    The execution and navigation of query data leads to delays with a group of queries

    You want to speed up the execution and navigation of a specific query.

    You often use attributes in queries.

    You want to speed up reporting with characteristic hierarchies by aggregating specific hierarchy levels.

    In an aggregate, the dataset of an InfoCube is saved redundantly and persistently in a consolidated form into the database.

    Aggregates are for reporting purposes to be increase the query response time.They are similiar to infocube and it has E and F table. It is basically used for faster reporting and it is transparent to enduser.
