Relating to implementation

Hi Experts,

what is kick off meeting. Who will involve in this meeting.

Can any one explain the meetings conducted in different phases of implementation and normally who will be participating in that meeting. Please reply.

    Kick off meeting means Project start(day) meeting. Participants of the meeting Steering Commitee members of the both sides(Client side & Company Side).

    There are Review meeting happaens frequently(weekly or 15 days).
