Quality inspection plan --- problem

Hi all,

i have one question for qualilty module regarding inspection plan creation

we have following scinario

transaction code:qp01

enter following data in fields

create insp plan screen will appear

enter following data

material:

plant:

group:

key date:

go to header screen

crate inspection plan screen will get opened

enter following data in gen data fields

usage:

status:

planner group:

from lot size:

inspection plan is generated

we select inspection plan line and go to operation overview

enter following data in operation (routing)screen

op0010:

plant :default

control key:

work center:

operation des:

unit of measurement

add two operation simillarly

go to next screen

inspection plan create :opeation overview screen will be displayed

following fields are blind

operation :

work center:plant:

control key:

standard text key:

for external processing key file

item ouline aggrement field found mandatory

also vendor,insp type,fields found mandatory

after updating data for same following error observed
