problem with printer

hi there

i m facing one problem with the printout

i have created the new document type , done each & eveything right

then after the abaper attached the required smartforms to the document type

i have tested this on devepoment , quality & production

it was alright

the earlier printer was TOSHIBA

but now the printer is changed to CANON

here i m facing one problem

the problem is

1) the first page of the PO is coming proper but the second page which is supposed to be at the backside of the printout is not coming at the backside of the printout

2) it is taking the new fresh page

3) as when the items r more this is happening only in case of the first page & rest of the pages are coming proper like the first & second page problem is there but 3& 4 th page is coming alright

Kindly suggest the solution

this is little urgent

Hi,

You might want to check your device type in SAP (transaction SPAD). Check also printer manufacturer's web site, there are usually information concerning SAP device types for different models.

If it is coming correct for one printer and not on another printer, then please ask Basis to check the printer settings.

Also, please check that the person taking the printout is not using LOCL, but actaully using the printer name. This also makes a difference.
