SSO ticket expires

Hi All,

While accessing the ESS iviews, I am getting the Following errors "SSO ticket expires" or "com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (101) RFC_ERROR_PROGRAM: 'password' missing ".

But in webdynpro content administration, the JCO connections are successful tested using logon ticket.

I tried by increasing the lifetime of logon tickets but again it is showing the above error.

Please suggest the solutions for this
