As Manu wrote before on the service.sap.com you will be able to handle all the support related questions.
Please go through on the Service Marketplace to the following root:
service.sap.com -> under the title "SAP Support Portal" you can find a quick link to the "Product Errors". Here you can post a message to the SAP.
Here on the left hand side you can find another options accordingly:
