user-exit: VA02 ..Shipping tab----->Delivery Block .when i select ZC or ZR

I want a user-exit when i goto VA02 and in Shipping tab in delivery block when i select anything i need to get a pop up .

so , please tell a user exit which will tigger when i select anything in delivery block
