setting user password expiry in a group

hi

is there a way to set specific users in a group to password not expire and then the rest of the system users to expire?

Any ideas

    Hi Frank,

    I don't think this is possible on a group basis.

    However you could write a custom ABAP Code to access user master records are do some changes based on groups.

    However this means you deviate from SAP Standard and also accessing/changing user master records directly via code is not a good idea.

    Hi!

    Deep in the back of my mind I have something like 'Service Users' do not have password expiry settings. I'm not entirely sure though. Standard groups which you create as containers for permissions are probably not a way to have different password aging criteria for different users.
