Auto compensation of quota

Hi All,

I have to compensate quotas through 416. the amount should be calculated automatically for the no. of days specified in 416 and the quotas are to be updated after compensation.

Ex: If i have 20 days of privilege leave, and i compensate 10 days through 416 my PL quota need to be updated with 10 days.

Pls.help me

    Hai..

    Im not sure if the amount is calculated... But the quota will be deducted. For amt calc u need create a rule and insert under P0416 In XT00 Sub Schema.

      Hi Manu,

      can u just guide me how do i configure for quota deduction after compensation as per my requirement. This was my primary request. Payment part can be caonsidered later.

      quota is getting updated properly if i compensate in the first year of employment. The same is not happening from second year. its not deducting from 2nd year.
