Scraping -Reg

Dear All,

Please tell me the <b>scenarios available for scraping</b>.

Actually i need scraping procedure without PP module and at the same time <b>material conversion also need to done from Rawmaterial to Scrap material when ever doing a scrap.</b>

    for scraping material u will have to use 551 movement to scrape the material

    thus ur stock for raw material will be removed form system

    against this doc u will have to post excise debit entry if material is excisable (J1IS)

    u will have to creat material numbers for ur scrap material like iron scrap rubber screp alumin scrap oil scrap etc

    then u will have to generat the scrap in the system 521 for the material u scraped

    there will be no link between this and the doc u have done 551 u can use text doc to do this but manual.

    then u have to upload ur RG1

    and then sale this scrap as sales procedure

      Then to have relation ship them u will have to transfer from one material to other 309

      in this u will transfer ur say raw materia x to scrap material y

      but in this UOM for both material must be same

      against this document type u will av eto update ur RG1

      hope this will have link between raw and scrap
