BSI Testing (Very urgent)

Hi Team,

We have completed the upgradation in development and we need to test it.

But For us development and production are not in sink.Development has datas till July-2006.

Is it fine if we test the old datas and payslips of 2006.

If it is the case how can we get to know that current payroll results also will be correct in production.

(OR How can we come to know that the results of BSI 8.0 is correct in development if we don't have current data till Nov-2007 in development)

Please let me know your answers and suggestions.

    How do you normally test BSI when new tubs (BSI 70) were applied for this year if your payroll data is only up to Jul 06 ?

    I would think that your quality system (before going to production) should have more up-to-data data to test with. If this this the case, you can move your BSI 80 to your quality system to test. Otherwise, you would need to run payroll in test system up to now in order to see if new tax rates (included in newer tubs) are calculated correctly.
