How to develop a report on KPI for HR department? if you have any sample KPI reports for HR department or any documentation please provide the likn.

    You can develop a report based on the requirement, pls co-ordinate with your ABAper and understand the further requirements from him.If you have some smart forms or customised KRA forms in place then bulding a report is little bit complex.
