    Ananda,

SAP Business One enables you to add user-defined fields that might be essential for your business’s day-to-day activities.

To create User defined field choose Tools > User-Defined Fields > Manage User Fields.

To view the User defined field on a Form, Click View > User-defined Field (CTRLShiftU)

If you are talking about creating triggers on a Form, you would need to write SDK Code.

    Best wishes

    Suda

    Hello,

you are talking about UI/DI. if you need to modify the existing form, it will not be possible. You just can create some UI/DI addon, e.g. when creating SO, the delivery is created automatically, creating some command buttons and when the button is clicked, it will display another screen / form. The button can be made available in one of the existing forms in SAP. Screen painter is the tool for that. It is addon. Developing some codings for it using VB.Net or VB6 to make it work. Then compile it, and make the addon registration file and installer. The addon now is ready to register in SBO...

    Rgds,
