Methods of Workitem execute twice

hello experts,

in my workitem (activity methods Tab), before work item execution there is a method to display image, after the work item execution there is a method to close window.

after our systerm imported new support packages,the methods execute twice. i can not find the reason and solution.

i guess there is an inconsistent in systerm's time zone management, which is causing the time to execute display image and window close methods before workitem creation time.

please give me your suggestions?

Just a small note to remind you that version can be important, especially in this case where you have a problem related to packages. So you should include version information (release, support package level) in your description of the problem.

upgrade SAP Basis Component, Cross application component from SAPKB64013 to SAPKB64018.

i use IXOS Destop to disaply image before work item execution, then using the mothod 'closewindow' of business object 'image' to close the window.

Before imported support packaged, it works fine, after that the methods looks execute twice.

Hi Xuetang,

Why do you use two methods? When you use the secondary method it will open when the task is started, and close automatically when the task is ended. Also if there is a problem with the task which worked fine before the support packs you could also report it to SAP. Explain them clearly that it worked before and you didn't change anything.
