HELLO EVERYONE,

I HAVE A QUERY NEEDED TOBE SOLVED.

I WANT TO CREATE A Z REPORT WHICH WILL SHOW THE MATERIAL DOCUMENT NUMBER (MIGO),ACCOUNTING DOCUMENT NUMBER (MIRO),AMOUNT IN LOCAL CURRENCY (MIRO).

CAN ANYONE PLS HELP ME???

Check in BSEG table

XREF3 - Reference key 3 (Material document)

BELNR - Document Number (Accounting document)

DMBTR -Amount in Local currency (Amount)

also according to u for material document no. will come from XREF3,right?

RBKP u will get invoice dioc number

BKPF u will get header details u will get Accounting doc no

Invoice Document No.RBKP-BELNR

Fiscal Year RBKP-GJAHR

that we have got from RBKP

Put in

Reference Key 51000021462007 BKPF-AWKEY

u will get Accounting doc no

Curr u will get in RBKP-WAERS

Hi,

You need not devlop Z report for getting this as standard document will display the settings you are looking for.

When you open the MIRO document in the display mode, it will show the accounting document is foreign currency and go further in options and select the option of other than foreign currency the same document will be displayed in local currency.
