Unable to Login using GUI

We are unable to log into development system using GUI (login screen does not get displayed). The last thing we were performing in the system was to install BI Content Version 3.0 (from media DVD 51031606) using SAINT. Prior to BI content install we imported support packages SAPKB70012, SAPKB70013, SAPKW70013 thru SAPKW70014. We also implemented OSS note 112065 per note 822379. We recycled (stop and start) the system but that did not resolve the issue.

Our NW installation is on a central system (all instances are on the same Windows Server 2003 host).

SAPMMC which suggests that that the 'Disp+Work' process cannot connect to message server.

What are our options to restore our system?
