in the asset master we are giving Wbs element and when i doing aqusition it is displaying an error message as fi postings not allowed to WBS element how can i rectify it.
Can you tell me how to assign Asset to WBS in asset master record in time dependent data screen. Where i want to activate the WBS. Because in standarad, cost center is only available.
Asset Master will not accept WBS element in AS01. It will accept only cost center.this is for depreciation purpose. Can you tell me how you have assigned WBS element in asset master.
in our project in asset master we assinged costcenter , profit cenetr and wbs element why you are saying it cannt if u give ur mailid i will forward AS01 screen and tabs containing wbs element

if you want to post asset to WBS, it is possible when you have created statistical element category 90 to that GL. Then it will post. But my question is asset is not an expense, then why you want to book to WBS.
and also check whether the project is released or not as per friend said.
