A question about create sales order

Hi Experts,

A error message 'No item category available(Table T184 ZPBR NORM) display,when I create a new sales order.pls experts tell me how to configure this to solve this problem.

Hi

If u have created your own doc type without referring to std doc type then u have to carry out all customizing related to doc type define/assign,item catg define/assign,schedule line cat define/assign.in SPRO.

If u have created referring to sap std doc type with copy all data then system by default does all these .Check this .

Also check item cat primary determination for item cat group which is part of material type.

Also

Go to <b>VOV4 </b>and assign your Item category to the combination you highlighted here. This is happens when no assignment for the combination has been made.
