I tried to reject a parked document in FBV6. When I click on the green check I find myself in FV53 with a message "Document not relevant for release". That screen has a reject box and when I click on that box I go back to FBV6. What am I missing. WHy am I not able to reject the parked doc. It was parked via t. code FV50. I have not posted the parked document. It is parked only. I need to know if we need to activate the workflow. If yes, how do we activate the workflow. I can see the workflow tab on the parked document but it is not editable. Please help me. It is urgent/.
Please help
Hi,
Please read this SAP Note which may help u out.
Symptom
1. You call up the 'List' function on the initial screen of Transaction FBV0 ('Post Parked Document').The Enjoy documents are missing from the list.
2. If you enter the number of a parked Enjoy document on the initial screen of Transaction FBV2 ('Change Parked Document'), the system issues an undesired warning message
FP145 'Processing cannot be continued with transaction &1'
&1 = FI Enjoy transaction.
<b>If you enter the number of a parked Enjoy document in the initial screen of Transaction FBV6 ('Reject Parked Document'), the system branches to the Enjoy transaction, with which the document was entered. However, you cannot reject the document in this transaction.</b>
3. <b>If you process a document not relevant for release using Transaction FBV6, the system issues error message</b>
<b>FP115 'Document not relevant for release'.</b>
If you now branch to the change transaction via 'Document -> Change', the system issues error message
F5302 'Document &1 &2 is locked by another user'
&1 = document number
&2 = company code.

Hi
Post the parked document using FV50. Then go to FBV6.Enter your parked document number and other details. Then press enter. You will see the document screen.
Now select menu Document - Delete Parked document. Then you will be able to delete the parked document.
