TAXINN

Hi All

We are implementing SAP IS retail. We are using TAXINN Procedure. Our client is having 1000 stores across india. The requirment is to capture the input tax & output tax for each state separately in a G/L.

Is this possible in TAXINN procedure.

Answers will be surely rewarded.

    Hi,

TAXINN is for condition based procedure. You can create a tax code for each state and maintain condition record accordingly in pricing procedure. You can have seperate tax codes for both input tax and output tax with seperate GL accounts for each tax code.

    Hi

using of TAXINN is not frozen, you can think about using TAXINJ - jurisdiction based tax procedure. it gives you the flexibility of using condition based and formula based tax calculations.

Moreover, since your company has 1000 spread across the states, it will give you the option of capturing state wide tax details.

    Thanks n regards,

    Ganesh JK
