Product Service letter _Email

Hello Buddies,

Thanks for responding to my earlier threads.

The issue I need to confirm is, The CRM5.0 is going to be interfaced with Lotus Notes. Whenever the product service letter transacation is run and the email has to go to the target group of customers. The need is to ensure the Email has reached all the receipients and if it has bounced back do we get to see the list of customers to whom it has not reached...?

Request to confirm pls,asap.

    Hi Kartik,

    Please try using "Bounce Management" functionality in CRM if you want to get info on Bounces.
