Hi,
Normally all you need to do is untick the license that's allocated to the manager and reallocate to the other user. Is the manager not showing as having a license? If not, you can use the following steps to reset all license allocation:
1) Make sure no-one is logged in to SBO.
2) On the server where the server tools are installed, open Windows Explorer and browse to the license server directory (by default C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One Server Tools\License).
3) Delete or rename the file B1Upf.xml
4) Stop and restart the license service in service manager
5) Log in to SBO as a superuser
6) Go into AdministrationLicenseLicense Administration and you should now be able to allocate all your available licenses to users.
Kind Regards,
Owen
