Date 31.12.9999 in ALV

Hi to all.

I have created a ALV in my application, a column in this ALV is a date with endda = 31.12.9999. When I exported this to Excel appears a error (#########) because this date is not valid.

Can anybody help me about this error?

    I had the same issue without finding out any standard solution so I changed the date in ABAP to 31.12.2099.

    ALV use .mhtml format to export data to Excel and it seems that Excel cannot understand 31.12.9999 as a data.

    I'm looking forward to know other experiences...

    I've tried this in our application and everything works fine.

    The ABAP-Stack is on SPS 12 and Excel version is 2003 SP2.

    What content does Excel show, when you place the cursor in the cells with the corrupt values?
