interest on OD account

hai,

Is it possible to calculate interest on Overdraft bank account. I know the option for Term Deposit. how to proceed for interest on OD account.

can i get any suggestion.

Yes you can very well do that by creating a balance interest indicator with respective Interest rate and mention the Interest Indicator in the GL account of the OD bank account. You can mention the INterest Indicator in the Create/Bank/Interest Tab of FS00.

Interest based on number of days. The interest amount will change based on amount utilisation of every day. so interest will be accounted day wise. Is it possible.

Yes you can post the interest calculated on days basis. In F.52 you can give the date range for interest calculation.
