Mobile logs and access

Hi,

When the user try to sysnchronize the data from Mobile client to CRM server, by default all the users logs wriiten using "arsadmin" . When we goto CRM server we can see only arsadmin logs but not each user logs.

We wanted logs to written based on user specific but not arsadmin ?

I think these settings need to be done in commstation? any idea /

Hi,

are you sure that you really mean "arsadmin"? This is a SQL database user which only exists for ARS_DB which is stored on the MRS i.e. this is not known for normal Mobile Clients...

Probably this user is also used to establish the TO Service between MRS and CRM for transporting changelists and client upgrade packages.

If you really want to distinguish the clients regarding the communication manner I assume you probably will need to define different destinations on the comm station for each of the clients.
