PCA ALLOCATIONS

Hello,

I am on ECC 6.0 and working on pca allocations .can some body explain me the process and what is assessment account here i.e. what type is it?.Iam sure that its not a secondary cost element as it does not effect CO.We are using new gl here...It would be great if any one can send me some documents related to the same
