Question marks in the menu bar

Hi experts,

After applying the patches, i observed that, in some screens having Questions marks in manu bar. its loocking like the following.

?????????????? Edit Goto System Help

its coming in few particular screens for all the users.

What’s may be the reasons. And what to do to resolve this?

Hi Gayatry,

Try updating the SAPGui to the latest patch level

Hi,

I tried with GUI710. but its showing the same thing.

Currently basis patch level is 62 in my server. recently 63 had released.

this is Unicode system. and no other languages installed.

Kindly tell me what to do to resolve this?

Note 703795 - Transaction UMB_CUST: Menu bar displays only ?????

Note 877551 - LO-LIS: First column in the menu bar is incorrect.

Note 913623 - Report /SAPAPO/CDPS_REPT: Missing texts in Menu Bar

Also Open message with SAP

issue resolved by following the note numbers,

Note 703795 - Transaction UMB_CUST: Menu bar displays only ?????

Note 877551 - LO-LIS: First column in the menu bar is incorrect.

Hi,

Normally, the GUI patch level of version 710 is 4, having build version 930462 is good enough for the application.However, patch level 5 is just released on 22/11/2007 and you can indeed give it a try with this version..

Please check if that is the case.

Cross check if it has anything to do with language settings?

Do you have multiple languages installed for your SAP system?
