HI all,
Can anyone suggest how to delete a top n list in marketing.
Regards,
Karunakar.
Hi,
Maybe the solution would be to change the status of top-n list to "To be deleted".
Then you have to enter t-code SARA, and choose archiving object for top-n lists (you can find this object using t-code DB15, I found top-n list headers in table CRMM_PRPADM_HH, so the most likely the archiving object is CRM_PPR - the one without description 😕 - I didn't have time to look more in it, sorry).
in SARA, for the object choose Delete.(there is a plenty documentation in SAPLibrary aobut using SARA)
Regards
Radek

Hi Karunakar,
You can set the status of your Top N List to "To be Deleted" or "To be archived and deleted". And after this try running the archive program using the Archiving object CRM_PPR in transaction SARA.This Program shall delete our TOPNLIST from the database and put it in a flat file.
There is no Direct delete of the TOPNLIST or PPR, I beleive they can be only archived and hence deleted from the database.
Wish the information is useful.
