problem in fetching view against logical condition

hi gurus,

while creating views in SE11 when i give the following conditions under SELECTION CONDITIONS TAB for logical fetching of view, it's not understanding the selection condition given there and fetched all the data value without understanding the selection conditions. so what's the ultimate criteria for fetching the views logically against the below mentioned conditions/ or any logical condition. please help me out i m in great need of this .

OPERAND = 'C.LOAD.BHP' AND

OPERAND = 'C.LOAD.KVA' AND

OPERAND = 'C.LOAD.KW' AND

einzdat NE '00000000' AND

auszdat NE '00000000' AND

loevm NE 'X' AND

SPRAS = 'E' .
