Can we print 1099 Forms to mail Vendors in SAP B1?

Hi,

My client is asking they want to print and mail the 1099 Forms to Vendors. SAP B1 2005 has this functionality or not, and any other possible solutions to 1099 Forms printing?

Please anybody can help me.

    Hello,

    In US local setting, there are 1099Form and 1099Box in vendor master data. do you mean to print the data in the 1099 form that is available in the BP master data ? I suggest to develop query print layout. The first step to create query e.g.

    select t0.formcode from ocrd t0 where t0.cardcode =[%0]

    then save it and create report in the query manager. After that, edit it directly using query print layout form (under tools --> queries --> quer PLD)

    Satya,

    The official 1099 form template is not available in SAP. You wil have to customize the 1099 Report to print on the Pre printed 1099 form. (very similar to printing on Pre printed Check stock)

    The Data is available in SAP, but the format is not.
