Info Object Name

Hi CRM Coolheads

Can somebody give me an insight into the field <b>Info Object Name</b> and <b>Disp.Attribute </b> in the CIC2 screen in CRM.

Where can I find details of these fields ? I mean the Info Object name and Disp Attributes...

    Hello Jessy Jose,

    Info Object name this describes an information object and is managed in the information store component and the other one says which attribute of the info object should be selected.

    setting involved is IMG ->SAP WebApplication server ->KnowledgeManagement

    -

    >Settings in the Knowledge Warehousystem--->Development of Infoobjects.
