Hi,

how is the variable setting used in the settings of a function in a button group?

Hi Sanjay,

In Bex design mode, click on the button you can input the planning function you want to execute. There itself you can give the variable names and values that you want to use for the function.

Or in command area you can give the excel cells value in which you will be entering the variable names and values.

For example you can put variable values like

VAR_Name..........................0...............variable name

VAR_Value..........................0...............variable value

Starting from cell L20( VAR_Name in L20) and ending in M22(variable value in cell M22).

The value in command area will be L20:M22.
