i have an error in step "create users"(SAPJCF)

Hi,

Still i have the problem can any one help me...

I Skip the step "create users"(SAPJCF, J2EE_ADMIN,J2EE_GUEST) by changing Key "ERROR" replaced with "ok" in the Keydb.xml from the /tmp/sapinst_instdir/...../AS/ directory then my installation started back again and i completed the steps "Install java engine", "Configure UME".

But i again had an error in the step "Start java engine" giving the error like "Starting DEV/DVEBMGS00[Abap: running JAVA: UNKNOWN| elapsed time 9:00 min then i get the error window with retry viewlog and stop.

and the viewlog error like:

Hai,

Check all the environment variables are in place., Login as SIDADM and continue the installation. Don't skip the steps create users like J2EE_ADMIN, etc.. before starting the old installation, make sure that your server should be Up and running (start manually).. if the server is running, this RFC and create users error will get resolved..

HI gopinathan,

but i can start he ABAP engine only i use the command startsap all and what are the Environment variables i have to setup i am using to install SAP with root and not SIDADM i use export JAVA_HOME and EXPORT PATH variables are they sugicient
