Profile with no circle having no red slices ( Not generated)

Hi,

1. I wanted to maintain a user.

2. I determined the profile and added the profile the person.

3. I observed that the instead of the colouredcircle what was present is a two pages ( like the copy sign)

My question is what does that imply ? howcan I make it a colured circle.

This question is purely of academic interest as I had from the task perspective solved it by identifying the role of the profile and including that to the UID.

There are many reasosn why a profile temporay becomes ungenerated.

Most important : Never assign a profile directly to a user, ONLY Use roles to assign access for a userid.

While assigning roels one can see if they are generated.

If the problem occurs run PFUD, or scheduel it to run overnight.
